I have seen lots going on with people on facebook, and online , how they are feeling down so,
While its hard and things people say effect you, you need to remember to #LoveYourself

Everyday do something for yourself, even it that is take a bath for half a hour, read a few pages of your book, paint your nails, or just wear something that makes you smile!

When I am feeling a little down on myself, I try and do my nails, have a hot bath with Lush bath products and dress up put on my heart glitter jumper and jazz myself up.
