moscow state circus Review

I was super Lucky this weekend to be sent 2 tickets to see the Moscow State Circus in return for a Honest review.
If you have not seen my Last blog you can view that here to find out about where the Circus is taking the tour too, and a little more about it.

I do not want to give to much away on this, as I want you to get out and go and see it - so here it goes,

I attended the 2pm showing on the Sunday, and had a feeling that it may be busy. Luckily the Circus is just normally just down the road, and when we arrived 40mins before there was still somewhere to park, so there is a shortage of parking around the area, so i advise getting there pretty early, you can always enjoy a walk around the park, or use of the exercise facility's while you wait.

As I had been sent some tickets, I was able to walk up to the ticket desk and be given my seat numbers, there was not much of a que when i arrived but everyone was being seen rather quickly.

From the outside, the big top looks small, However as your walk into the big top, you are amazed to see a huge foyer area, filled with all the treats you would expect, stalls of candy floss, popcorn, hot dogs and the amazing glow lights! - There was even a seating area.
I joined the line to wait for the circus which went around the back of the foyer area, and waited for around 10 mins.

Once we were allowed in, and walked through the curtain to be shown to our seats, it was like a childs fantasy, with dim lighting amazing minimalistic set and bright colours everywhere to help set the scene.

The amazing acts that followed and the superb costumes that followed also added to the feel of quality at this Circus, each performer, stage hand and Usher's seemed to enjoy being there, which also makes the whole thing more enjoyable.

This show offers You a lot of laugh's, cringe moments, and leaves you wanting more, and too see it again and again.

The program, again shows high quality and is very glossy, and offers information on the performers and their background into the performing arts world.

Thank you Moscow State Circus for allowing me to come and see your supper show, I had a amazing time! Hope your back next year!!

Condom Couture - New Fashion!

Brazilian-based artist Adriana Bertini’s, who “transforms expired or defective condoms into raw material to be used to make pieces of art” for her project called Condom Couture.
She hopes to change taboos and foster discussions about sex.
Bertini also hosts workshops to raise awareness about various STIs. Participants in the workshops are shown the process of creating condom art and are engaged in discussions about safe sex.
Young people are even able to touch the condoms themselves.
Bertini started her career at Brazil's fashion houses, and made her first dress from condoms in 1997. Since then, the designer has made around 200 sculptures, 80 tapestries and 160 figurines from condoms. The most condoms she has ever used on a gown - around 80 thousand - was on one wedding dress

I come across the lovely baby bath video and Baby Massage, What a lovely video do watch, that I just had to share!

The Moscow State Circus comes to the Uk!

An awe inspiring new show from the 'Worlds, most famous circus'. A place where dreams become reality. The Moscow State Circus returns to the UK with its latest & greatest production to date, set in the mystical centre of Moscow’s cultural & artistic quarter ‘PARK GORKOGO’ (Gorky Park) is the perfect seasonal back drop for what is undoubtedly the greatest & most famous circus on earth. Superstar Clown Val Defun invite’s the audience to this wondrous & mysterious place, a place to romance, a place to stroll & take in Moscow at sunset & a place to see magnificent feats of human achievement, the like of which have never been witnessed in Great Britain before.
As our Loveable Buffoon reminisce about past times in one of the most famous cities on earth they are surrounded by a multitude of flying, back flipping, juggling & roller skating performers As the park changed in accordance with the mood of the new century, it’s traditions were the basis of the new concept of Park Gorkogo, these changes are reflected in the new show, as like a pendulum, it swings from the earth to the sky in incredible breath-taking succession.
This years show features: The award-winning Flying Trapeze of Alievs White Birds The unbelievable roller skating of the Veslovskis Three bathing beauties swept up on the revolving Ariel Ring and the unique Yakovlev Vertical Pole Jugglers From the most demanding feats of strength from the hand balancing of Vladislav Khostik to the Kozak whip crackers & the revolving Russian Swing, catapulting its 10 strong troupe high into the apex of the chapitou at breakneck speed.

Asda #FreedomTo

I did not know about this, was only bought to my attention because a friend of mine's husband works for Asda and she posted the video!

This year Asda with its Community Life Champions is getting involved in as many Pride's across the country as possible.
Asda was an Official Sponsor of 2014 London Pride whose campaign #FreedomTo allowing LGBT members to communicate stories and their own personal messages.
It also encouraged our Asda LGBT Network who were involved in the campaign to pledged #FreedomeTo Make Communities Inclusive. This strong message integrates the Asda LGBT message with the community life programme -- which puts Asda at the heart of our communities, whoever the community consists of. This video demonstrates how powerful a message questioning freedom can be, I asked our colleagues what they have FreedomTo that others don't and their responses were amazing. Hate still exists in this world and country but all the colleagues at Asda are doing their best to remove hate starting with our stores and now moving to our local communities.

Vodafone #first - Spread the word

Vodafone #First campaign are asking for entries of firsts that people would like to experience - they’ll then be making 10 happen, each being given up to €400k to make it happen! A recent #First they did was to make some young boy’s dreams come true. The Anokye Stars are a local Ghanaian football team made up of boys under the age of 15 who spend all of their spare time practising their skills on a dusty patch of mud. Having heard that they’d always wanted to play in the UK, the Vodafone team flew them over and organised for them to play in a North London tournament before being given a tour of the Emirates Stadium - something that they’d always dreamed of. Vodafone went to the local village that the boys were from and installed a mobile internet connection along with an inflatable screen so that they could stream the game live and all of the community could rally together to support the boys. Not only was it a first for them, it was made all that much more special when the boys won! So what is you #first dream? Use the hash tag #first on twitter and share the word!

Elevease Shower Step

I was sent the ElevEase to try out at home, and I found it simple and easy to use, its easy to apply to the wall, and really helps when shaving!

ElevEase – The Shower Step was born out of sheer frustration. A problem needed to be solved…the awkward task of shaving one’s legs in the shower. This is how the problem was solved.
Aoife O’ Driscoll (23), Sales and Marketing Director came up with the concept of the Shower Step while in her second year in college.
She met Dave Brennan (a bit older), Managing Director and discussed her plans while interviewing the successful entrepreneur as part of a college assignment. Dave instantly recognized that the idea had great potential.
He then met Andrew Middleton (a gentleman never reveals his age), Design and Technical Director. Together they designed the ElevEase Shower Step. That is how ElevEase -The Shower Step came to life.
After launching the ElevEase Shower Step,  the response has been fantastic. We have noticed a huge amount of repeat customers who are purchasing for their friends as gifts and we have learned that ElevEase not only solves the problem of shaving your legs in the shower, it is also great for exfoliating, tanning, moisturizing and leg and foot care in general.
ElevEase also helps pregnant ladies, people with back pain, low mobility and arthritis etc. We never thought ElevEase would be such a trooper from the outset.
We ship from Fort Worth, Texas and look forward to supplying our customers with the bathroom accessory that really does make a difference.
They say the simplest ideas are the best. We are working hard on bringing new, simple and innovative products to you in order to “Make Life Easy”.
