Cooking With Hotel Chocolat

Hotel Chocolat emailed me and asked me to make something with their cooking range, They let me choose items at too £15, so with all the hype over Chocolate Pasta going on, and the urge to try it, I asked to be sent Cocoa Penne Pasta £5. 50  and Hazelnut and Chocolate Spread £6.50.

The Products arrived very well packaged, and I could not wait to try these out. Having looked online I found people where not only using this for a desert but also for mains and starters.

I decided to make my own little creation.

Boil up the pasta
Make up some semolina

Melt some Hotel Chocolate Hazelnut and choc spread

Once Done mix it all up together, and serve. My son didn't like the chocolate pasta and neither did I however we have really enjoyed the hazelnut and chocolate spread, and its smooth texture, it is tasty very nice on toast and in sandwich's too.
