Always sick of having to cook for hours once your kid/kids come home, and have them moan that there hungry over and over again. Or want to cook something that is quick simple, and hassle free? Well now you can.. Here is my UNDER 5mins recipe.

What your going to need-

Pasta £1.65
Sauce £0.89
Richmond Mini Meetballs £2.00
cheese £1.95

The great thing about this, is you do not need to spend time worrying if you have added the right amount of ingredients because you can put this together in minutes and its hassle free, and fool proof if your not so hot at cooking like I am.

Im using Sainsbury's tagllaini which will take about 3mins to boil and be ready to eat, its also fresh and tasty. Seriously Strong Cheese, this will be grated, i great it over my dinner once its ready, i love the Strong flavour and texture of it. I have a cheap Sainsbury's source and off course the Richmond Mini Meetballs, which are Reduced fat,Oven cooks in 8 minutes, 1 minute cook in microwave, Pork meatballs. On top of that it has 30% less fat than standard Richmond sausages, which means that its allot healthier for us.

How to cook -

Put water into a source pan and bring to boil, add the pasta and cook for 3minuiets, while this is cooking add some mini meetballs to a microwaveable plate and place in microwave for 1 minute. Pour some of the sauce into a cup or jug, and once the meetballs have finished put this on for a further 1minute. the sauce should then be boiling and bubbling.

The drain the pasta place on plate, add the sauce, meetballs and then great some cheese.

Then enjoy!
